Solved! Can I hookup this sub woofer to my receiver

Is it possible to hookup the Z313 subwoofer to my receiver. Heres a picutre of my Subwoofer

Your subwoofer has a TRS 3.5 mm plug.

Your receiver has 5 sets of banana plug speaker ports.

You will need an adapter. E.g.:

I believe that, from the photograph, you will be connecting to the middle red and black pair, bottom row. Subwoofer.

However do check the impedance requirements. (I could not read the numbers.)

The adapter above won't work.
You need to connect the RCA subwoofer output of the receiver to the input of the z313.
You can do that by getting a RCA Y splitter

and connecting that to a cable with a single 3.5mm mini plug at the speaker end and two RCA plugs at the receiver end. Then set up the receiver so it know you have a subwoofer. You don't need to connect the satellite speakers to the z313. Both the receiver sub level and speaker volume control affect the level of the sub.
