with windows sound device manager you have to reset it to speaker after you plug in a hdmi cable. most newer gpu now have hdmi audio drivers that get installed with the video drivers now. when a hdmi cable is plugged into the newer gpu it switches the audio out device from speakers to hdmi sound.

I would want to look into fixing your keyboard first. The Caps Lock key appears to be broken
