Yes but not very well.

There are many different versions of the e 15. Some with AMD processors that will give you a complete slide show. Others with Intel i5's and Nvidia GPUs, that MAYBE will give you 10-15 fps.

I wouldn't bother trying.

*But no you're right it would be a very poor experience, worse than consoles because graphics settings would be much lower and perofrmance would likely be lower also.
