You can likely play it, but I wouldn't expect you to be playing it well on high settings; the integrated HD 520 is similar to the GPUs listed as the minimum requirements.

no, the iGPU is too weak. You may be able to 'play' some games on low settings, but the experience would not be good.

What exact CPU/Mobo do you have? If you had an I5 6600k or something, then I'd suggest getting a discrete GPU to add to your system. Something like a GTX1060/RX580. Then you will be able to play those games at high setting on 1080p.
