So on my birthday i'm getting 8 gigs of ram,Nvidia Evga, And Intel Core i5 (or i7) So i'm wondering if i can play grand theft auto 5 because i wanted to play this game on the pc for a long time and i only have it for xbox one.

Intel Core i7-6700K Skylake Quad-Core 4.0 GHz LGA 1151 91W BX80662I76700K Desktop Processor Intel HD Graphics 530

EVGA - NVIDIA GeForce GT 710 1GB DDR3 PCI Express 2.0 Graphics Card

Intel Core i5-6400 6 MB Skylake Quad-Core 2.7 GHz LGA 1151 65W BX80662I56400 Desktop Processor Intel HD Graphics 530

Axiom 8gb Ddr3 Sdram Memory Module - 8 Gb - Ddr3 Sdram (Probably not the one i'm going to buy)

There are dozens of different i5/i7 CPU models out there, which will vary in performance considerably. Nvidia EVGA is also way too broad, and could refer to just about any Nvidia card from the last 10+ years. As said above, you'll need to post actual model numbers.

Gt710 is a waste its garbage for gaming. Hell the igpu in the i5 and i7 are faster.
If you want to play gta V you are going to need a better gpu.
With either one of those cpus you are going to want ddr4 or at least ddr3L, not ddr3.

Either CPU should be fine. The i7 is quite a bit better than the i5 you listed, I've heard GTA V is pretty CPU-heavy, you might benefit from the i7.

That graphics card is terrible, you won't be playing GTA V on it. The integrated graphics of either of those CPUs would outperform that card.

The RAM you listed is DDR3, you want DDR4 for either of those CPUs. 8 GB is fine for most games, but I'd be tempted to just get 16 GB right away given that the price difference isn't usually too great.

You should probably just post your budget and where you live/stores you shop at. People can recommend best options for you.
