Can i play Gta 5

I have Geforce 820m 2gb i3-4005U 4gb Ram so can i play gta 5.
I can run far cry 4 at high setting

Which CPU do you have?

If you can play FarCry4 in high settings then you will most likely be able to play GTA V, at least in low/mid settings.

What is your monitor res?

I SERIOUSLY doubt you can run Far Cry 4 on "high" settings my friend, even if you are using 1366x768 or something like that.

Looking at your specs...you will have a VERY hard time running GTA 5 at all.
