Can I play the sims 4 on Lenovo ThinkPad X1 Carbon?

Hi! I’m Ellen and I’m planning on getting the Lenovo ThinkPad X1 Carbon. Is it possible to play games like the sims 4 on it? And what are the best pc’s/macs that I can play the sims 4 on with a lot of cc? The game needs to run smoothly!!

The X1 Carbon is a powerful machine, it should run The Sims 4 very well. I played The Sims 4 on my x200s and I think it should plenty to run the game, cheers.
