Record what? Could you elaborate?

If you mean footage from say, when the big game is on Cable, the answer would be no. They are not DVR/PVRs, they are basically just a tool to get access to some apps your TV would not otherwise have... which for a smart TV end up being fairly redundant.

Getting things like Netflix or Hulu, for example. They can get their firmware rooted to play media off of recording devices such as USB hard drives, but I don't believe they have anything natively baked in for recording anything.
