Hi I have Samsung home theatre wit 4 tower speakers and woofer,Twitter but the DVD player in which we connect all this is been spoiled so can I replace this spoiled DVD player to smart Blu Ray player can I do like this

Solution
No. The DVD player is built into the box with the amp's for the speakers. About the only thing you could do would be to connect the Bluray player to the DVD player with optical connections for sound but it would depend on the model of DVD and bluray to see if they could be connected together.
Should not be a problem.

Most newer players can support DVD and Blu Ray.

Just make sure that the new device does not require different cable connections or, if it does, that the other components will also be connectable.

E.g., HDMI connections versus component, composite, 3.5mm (1/8") audio etc. Any new connection requirements (ports, cables) may be more of a problem when it comes to getting everything reconnected.

What you call a DVD player is a DVD receiver from a home theater in a box system. If the DVD receiver is completely shot then you might as well buy a new HTS since this type of unit has an amp built in for the sub (standard surround sound receivers do not) and they don't sell DVD receivers as separate components.
If only the DVD player is shot then you can connect a BD player to the TV and use the audio out from the TV to get audio into the HTS.
