Can I restore marshmallow?

Hi, I just installed the Android N preview 2 on my Nexus 5x, I would like to know if I can restore the marshmallow? Or.... Can I wait until they release the real version of Android N and installed from OTA?

I got lost between the versions? Why so many? Can I download the last one, MHC19Q ?

The different versions just have incremental updates. You'll be fine with the latest one - which is MHC19Q.
