I have intel core i3 with 4gb ram 2.40GHZ and intel hd graphics 3000 can anybody tell me that can I run battlefield 3 without lag

To give you a straight answer: Running on that integrated HD3000 will not get you a great experience. You will probably get 15 FPS on low settings. You need at least 25fps to call it "playable"

That's not a very good system for gaming. You will need to lower your resolution to something extremely low and turn all graphic options off or on low to even reach the minimum playable FPS of 30. So, no, your laptop cannot handle BF3 very well.
