Solution
I really don't understand why people pay full wack (£30-50) for a game then play it on a super low end pc with low settings and on most cases 30-45fps.

And no the game is going to run like trash on that system. That computer with its current parts is literally just an office work pc.

You need a modern dedicated GPU with at least 4GB of VRAM or more, 8GB's of RAM and a powerful Skylake i5 or i7 CPU. Haswell and Devils Canyon do okay but are getting close to struggling with current gen games. GTA V is still a very demanding game. This would be a lot easier if you had a tower pc, gaming laptops are super expensive thou.

Your computer is not powerful enough.

I would not bother playing GTA 5 with your laptop. The nVidia 620 is pretty weak since it is a budget dedicated GPU from 2012.

The Intel HD 4600 graphics found in some 4th generation Intel CPUs released back in 2013 is actually considered a bit more powerful than the nVidia 620m. But the Intel HD 4600 can only manage 20 FPS on average using the lowest settings.

You can't upgrade your GPU, you have a laptop....

You would need a desktop tower to allow for customization of a pc.

The amount of price you are gonna spend on external GPU and casing is not worth it better to buy the PC

We are trying to get across that your laptop isn't gaming capable and the only good external GPU technology is the kinda Razer made for their own laptops.

Either buy a new laptop with a decent 900 or 1000 series GPU or desktop or just wait it out and save your cash.
