Probably will load....and promptly make you sad the first time you get in a car or try to run. I don't think you'll enjoy it much as that cpu and GPU are both poor and you'll be splitting 4gb ram between the game and the hd4400

I'm not sure it'll matter as a mobile i5 at 1.7ghz probably won't be able push enough frames to the GPU
1.7 is probably the base speed,and the 4400 is not a GPU
I agree that it won't be a good experience, but with enough tinkering it might become a tolerable one.
Yes the 4400 is the GPU for 4th gen i5s. Most laptops can't run all cores at the boost speed so it might be over 1.7 but it won't be 2.7 fully loaded for long
