hi I have a core i3 laptop and I want to know that can I run gta 5 on lowest lowest setting intel core i3 with 4gb ram 2.40Ghz intel hd graphics 3000

If you already own it I would say give it a shot but the diffrence between the i3 processor and the i5 is huge so my guess is a no.

Nope. Ive tried it on my laptop that has an i5, 8gb ram and a hd4400 and its not what id call playable even at lowest settings.

I'm going to say no. Your CPU is pretty weak. More importantly, your GPU is very weak. Even the strongest Intel integrated graphics (Iris Pro 6200) is only good for playing GTA V at 720p, low settings. Your integrated graphics are much weaker than that.
