well i have bought intel core 2 duo @3.00 @3.00 e8400 4gb ram and nvidia gt 640 4gb 128 bit so can i run gta 5 plz tell me guy im new in pc gaming.

No, your CPU is underpowered and has too few cores. Your graphics card can technically run it, but it's so weak you wouldn't have a good time. Your RAM meets the minimum requirements, but don't think about running even skype in the background.

If you're using a 1080p monitor, if you managed to get it running at native resolution it would look like you were playing on a flipbook.

You should be able to play GTA V, but you will likely only be able to play it at 1366x768 resolution with medium settings or 1600x900 resolution with low settings at decent frame rates.
