I wanted to download GTA V On my laptop but I decided to ask before i download, so can i run it on my Laptop With mods?!8GB RAM Intel i7 5500U and AMD Radeon R5.

If you are looking to run mods to add vehicals and change the way some things work then yes, you can run them. If you are looking to make the graphics prettier then hell no. The amd M255 is just above the Geforce 820m and is squarely at the 720p low settings mark.
