Can i run Gta v on these specs? Please answer.

cpu: intel i5 3340 @3.10 Ghz
ram: 8 gb
gpu: gt 610 2gb ddr3 (cant upgrade for now)
please answer and give me some thoughts about the fps and will it be playable?

No your GPU is too weak. It might be "playable" but you should really upgrade it. You have a nice CPU but that GPU bottlenecks it so much.
