i'am having this specifications on my pc can i run it, i have :
i5 2430M up to 3 ghz
4 gb ram
nvidia geforce gt 520m with cuda

Your CPU may be okay to run it on very low settings, but your graphics are beyond below the minimum requirements for GTA V. You would have to upgrade to a new laptop or build a new rig.
