Hello specializzzed,

GTA V is a reasonably well optimized game. With the above specified config you should be able to run the GTA V on medium/high graphical fidelity @1080/720p with a solid average playable FPS of 40+.

Make sure you update the R7 M265 driver to the latest AMD graphics drivers to squeeze out the best performance possible - http/support.amd.com/en-us/download

Check this video where the person is able to run the GTA V with almost the the same config as yours, but with only an inferior 4GB RAM. You've better config with 12GB RAM. So should get better performance:

Notice that person complains that there was sky rendering problem with AMD 15.4.1 beta drivers. But had confirmed that the latest New Catalyst 15.7 dated July 7, 2015 fixed this problem for GTA V. So its important that you upgrade the graphics card driver to New Catalyst 15.7 using the above listed AMD Graphics Driver update link.

Update:

Try to keep the graphics to medium with 1080p or 720p resolution. Play around a bit with the whole graphics options. Turn off V-Sync.

i had bought the game from steam but when i had 4 gb of ram and it lagged so hard at the second mission and even when i lowered the graphicks it just kept lagging ,is it a RAM problem or something else?
