Can I Run These Games On My Laptop?

Hi,
I just wanted to know if my Laptop can run these games,atleast on low-medium settings:

Battlefield 4
FIFA 15
GTA V
Just Cause 3
Metal Gear Solid
(And atleast games for further 2-3 years)

My Laptop Specs :
Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-5500U
2.40GHz
RAM (Installed) : 8GB
64 bit Windows 8.1

Graphics :

AMD Radeon R7 M270

Intel Graphics HD (Duh...)

Also,if can,please specify what FPS will the games run on in Low-Medium settings/All graphic settings turned down.

It will play about half of those games at low settings, Fifa and BF will play fine, GTA V and MGS, probably not. AMD optimized games will be better than others.
Games from 2-3 years from now, No.
I don't think DX12 is going to get you that far, unfortunately.

I saw through the web,GTA V can play on 30 fps/25 fps medium on even older versions(when not using fraps) is that possible for mine,to atleast get 28 fps minimum at all low settings
