Can I Run These Games On My Laptop?

Hi,
I just wanted to know if my Laptop can run these games,atleast on low-medium settings:

Battlefield 4
FIFA 15
GTA V
Just Cause 3
Metal Gear Solid
(And atleast games for further 2-3 years)

My Laptop Specs :
Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-5500U
2.40GHz
RAM (Installed) : 8GB
64 bit Windows 8.1

Graphics :

AMD Radeon R7 M270

Intel Graphics HD (Duh...)

Also,if can,please specify what FPS will the games run on in Low-Medium settings/All graphic settings turned down.

you can run fifa 15 on higher settings than the rest of the other games your gonna have to turn it down to lower settings to get over 40 fps for battlefield but you should be able to run all of them

It can play gta 5 on med settings and get 43 fps. It should have no problem playing fifa 15. It may struggle with battlefield and other cpu intense titles. I don't know about the others.
