Can i run Witcher 3 at ultra ???

hello guys witcher 3 requirements is published and its too demanding can u expert guuys imagine in what settings i can run this title and probable fps also
my specs areas follows
1. i3 2120@3.3 ghz ( HT enabled cores 2 thread 4)
2.Sapphire Dual X R9 270 2GB DDR5 OC ( 945/1400)
3.Thermaltake Litepower 550w Black edition
4. 2x4 gb total 8gb ddr3 twinmos 1333 mhz ram
5.Asus p8 h61 mlx3 r2.0
i will play it on my 1366x768 res so how u guys think can i blust it on ultra or not???
I CAN RUN ALL 2014 GAMES AT THAT RES AT ULTRA @ maximum 60+

i don't think so. witcher 2 alone is not easy to handle (try it with ubersampling and you'll see)
plus you have an i3, and a 270, while decent they are not really heavy hitters
