Question Can I take out the battery of my ZTE metro PCs phone though it says noevent to ,

no warranty no insurance , iam kinda poor right now , -has the redx. It will turn on ,light up. Sound is good, then says turning off n does. I plug in charger it shows connection then come the red x, is there a code sequence, or any thing doable I did open the back slight pull on battery till saw sticker, what danger is their

You should be able to change the battery, unless they have the lovely glued in kind that I have noticed on a few devices recently. However, finding the right battery will be a larger issue as you should not get an aftermarket one.

However, you said it still does this and won't turn on even when plugged in? And a code sequence? What is the exact message/code it is giving you?
