Can i unlock a X1300PRO?

Title says it all is it possible to get more pipelines from an AGP X1300PRO, i noticed the X1300XT has 12 PP and the X1300PRO only has 4 is there a way with ATITOOL to unlock those maybe extra pipelines?

No.

X1300XT is a cut down X1600 lie the GF7300GT is a cut down GF7600, the X1300Pro is just an X1300 Pro, nothing to unlock.

the x1300xt is a cut down x1600xt, but the x1300pro is basically a boosted up integrated graphics chip. They may or may not use the same core (didn't check) but even if they do, it would require quite some effort to enable them, and it is more then most people are willing to invest, when the x1300xt is pretty cheap.
