Can i upgrade a Android 4.2.2 device to higher versions like 4.4

Hello, My Phone is a Samsung s2 Plus with android 4.2.2 so is there a way to upgrade it to a min. 4.4

If Samsung has not released an official update for the phone then the only way would be to jailbreak the phone and updating to a custom ROM if there even is one for that phone.

That difficult job because you got no official upgrade. You need custom ROM for that purpose and all steps are available on xda. Go to the link that drtweak posted.
