i saw on the internet peaple doing it on similar laptops from HP to, how can i know if is my cpu solred?

how much old it is from like last few years almost all laptops have soldered CPU on board

Only way to know is to take it apart. However there is much more to consider. Even if the motherboard socket is the correct one you need to ensure there is a BIOS available that supports the CPU you want to use. Then you need to consider power and heat requirements, often a higher performance CPU needs more power and better cooling which the laptop may not support.
