a bit but i was going to send it my dads friend he is a engineer but i wanted to know if i can first change the processor or not

The cpu is bga(soldered to the motherboard) so its not really replacable without the right equipment and skills. Even then finding out which other cpu(if any) the bios supports is close to impossible. So usually the short answer with a nga cpu is no.
