Yes, you can. However, you likely have to do it manually.
Your laptop relies on the Intel HD 3000 integrated graphics core because it does not have a dedicated graphics card / chip. The problem is laptop manufacturers customizes Intel's graphics drivers so if you attempt to install official graphic drivers using Intel's install program, you will get an error. That means you will have to manually update the graphic drivers yourself.
