Question Can I upgrade the RAM on my Intel Celeron N3060 HP Stream Laptop?

My computer is really slow and I'm trying to find any solution to increase the speed. I also only have a 64 bit operating system.

Only one stick I think. The HP Stream is an extremely low end laptop and the RAM upgrade is worth more than the laptop.
