Solved! Can i upgrade toshiba a200-24b

heloo dear,
I having my laptop toshiba satelite.. a200-24b , model no--PSAE6E - OF4034AR
My processor is -Intel-R |core(TM)2 duo cpu T5750 @ 2.00ghz 2.00 ghz.
i want to upgrade hardware parts like ....
hard disk.....and ram....
having hard disk- 250 gb........upgrade to 500 gb
Ram 1 gb........upgrade to ram 4gb.......
Is my toshible satellite model compatible to new upgrades....
sure there is no any future problems. like os running smoothly....no crashing takes place...no restarting every time....
Is my satelite model compatible to ram 2 gb + 2 gb...

I need your help...kindly suggest me.....should i go for this upgradation.
Need your urgent help....
