I have a AMD AMD A6-4455M 2.10 ghz processor and wanted to upgrade it so what processor if any can i upgrade to

What make and model of PC is it in? Most notebooks have processors soldered to the motherboard and they cannot be changed. Some have socketed processors that can be changed.

Sorry you can't upgrade the cpu as it is soldered on.
