Can I use an Alienware17 Laptop Charger on a Dell Inspiron 13 7000S?

Can I safely use an Alienware 17 laptop charger on a new Dell Inspiron 13 7000 Series? I did some googling but couldn’t find an answer. Both are Dell laptops so there should be some overlap, aside from confirming the cord actually fits the Inspiron, what metric/Amps/Voltage... should I sanity-check before trying it?

1| You should pass on the SKu's of both the laptop's in order for us to understand if there is any overlap in their range, if any.
2| You could also pass on the links to the laptop chargers you're trying to work with. If not a link, a pic to said adapter's(power bricks) would be helpful.
