can i use my canon fs200 video camrea as a webcam

i have been trying for weeks to get this working i would like to stream through my laptop

You have a choice: Spending money on a capture card supported by your streaming application, or on a cheap USB web cam. You should also set your camera to output "live" signal, not just the recordings.
