Can my Laptop run CSGO at 60fps at medium?

I have an HP laptop with these specs:

Intel Core i5-5200U dual-core processor
2.2GHz, 3MB L2 Cache

Intel HD Graphics 5500

6GB ram 1600mhz

Will it run CSGO at 60fps? I have already looked at some videos of it, but I just wanted to confirm
