You would definitely struggle playing Grand Theft Auto V.

Laptops cannot be upgraded in terms of a new processor and graphics card, so you basically need to get a new computer to be able to run Grand Theft Auto V - a gaming computer is a must that is.

Based on the linked youtube video below it seems possible to play GTA 5 with a core i3-3110m and the Intel HD 4000 on low settings with a "Low End PC Mod" that the youtuber has provided a link to in the description section. He also states he is getting 25 FPS - 35 FPS.
