Intel HD Graphics (dedictated vram is 1.6 gb)

You can but it wont be pretty. My friend plays at 720p lowest settings with 20fps maybe you can too but i wont bet on it

Absolutely not worth it.

You have a 1st generation mobile Intel Core i5 CPU which uses the 1st generation Iron Lake Intel HD graphics core. It is very weak. Search Youtube for "GTA 5 Intel HD 3000"; whatever performance you see cut that in half.
