RAM: 12GB
Operating System: Windows 8.1 64 Bit

I think you might be able to run it, but I can't testify for whether or not it will be playable. You can probably get 30fps at a lower resolution, but there will be frame dips.

the correct answer is NO. That is NOT even close to a gaming video card, only a on-board video.

It may be on board video but it does run some titles. However, in terms of purchasing the game, I can't recommend it since it would be a terrible experience.
