Hi I wanted to know if my laptop could handle running the el gato gaming capture card for streaming to twitch. My laptop is a HP Stream Laptop 14-ax0XX
Edition: Windows 10 home
Version: 1511
Processor: Intel(R) Celeron(R) CPU N3060 @ 1.60 GHz
Installed RAM: 4 GB
System type: 64 bit operating system,x64-based processor

If not, is there any other capture cards that would work well with this laptop?
