Can my Laptop work with the Elgato Gaming HD60

hi i got a elgato 60hd game capture and it says that it requires at least a 2nd generation Intel Core i5 CPU. I have a 4th gen i3-4005u 1.7 ghz, 3mb L3 cash laptop. I need to know if i can use this or do i need to buy a new computer with an i5. I should say I'm only using it to capture PS4 games and wont be doing any live stream

I also have a Toshiba Intel Celeron N2830 Processor 2.16GHz
4GB DDR3L RAM (1333MHz)

No. You need a processor that has a speed of 2.0Ghz

You didn't mention your RAM, but the cpu is too weak.

It still doesn't matter. The software to record the screenplay needs to be on a 2Ghz processor. And you only have 1.7Ghz. Most likely you are good on ram. But that speed needs to be there. Especailly, if you want good quality videos.

That also may not work. Even though the speeds are the same, the i5 it wants is a quad-core while the one in that toshiba is a dual core. Download the software, and see if it gives you any error. You don't need the device to download software.
