You're above the minimum requirements but well below the recommended requirements, so I'd start at 720p and low, see how it runs, and work from there (your GPU is about on the level of an old GTS 450, so it's not a very powerful GPU).

Since the game is a free download, the best way to find out would be to simply try it. I think you'll get marginally playable framerates, but don't go nuts with expectations.
