My pc specs: intel core i5 2.5hz, Amd Radeon 7500m/7600m series, 4gb ram

You may very well get it to start, but I can't imagine a pleasant experience; you don't actually specify *which* of the series you actually have, but I believe all of the possible ones are significantly weaker than the listed minimum GPUs, the 9800 GT and the HD 4870.
