Solved! Can not open windows

My acer aspire 3060 is in an endless loop of downloading latest configurations and then restarting back to downloading latest configurations. I can not get past this point. I have pushed f8 at startup and tried computer repair as well as all of the other options but nothing works. Is there anything I can do?

where is it downloading the updates from? windows update you should be able to change the settings so you get to pick which updates to download and such. You should also be able to do the update manually.

If your computer is "downloading updates" during startup and doesn't boot to windows, you got some weird *** going on and I'd recommend try reinstalling windows
