Sorry if this is under the wrong section but I am really concerned. I was downloading a ROM from one of my friends ([link removed]) and while doing so I got about 5 programs unintentionally. (Such as Chromium, Yahoo Powered! some anti-virus and these 2.)

I've uninstalled most of these programs already but when I try to uninstall these 2 programs the error: " C:/Users/Calvin/AppData/Roaming/WorldofTanks/osutils.vbs" comes up. How do I solve this?

In Add or Remove programs they show up like this -

And when trying to uninstall this happens -

osusils.vbs? Yes, it sounds like you really should just reinstall windows. Whatever you got was fake files that is probably doing a lot more than you think.

Usually windows will prompt to remove the entry if the software is already gone but sometimes I've seen it doesn't. Try ccleaner which should remove any extra entries. I play both of those and those file addresses are not used. Wot uses a wargaming directory in appdata. I see a gaijin folder for wt but that's in local.

If it's not in the list anymore then you did what you wanted. If you mean you can't delete the game, a list isn't stopping you from deleting files. These games don't need to be in the registry to be installed or to work.

They're both off the list but the program is still there, and if it's malware then I need to get it out, I'm thinking of just reseting my windows since ccleaner, malware bytes, avira and RogueKiller couldn't find/remove it. Should I?
