My ex landlord claims I ordered more than $300 of porn and now refuses to pay me back part of my security deposit. Is there a way that someone that understands computers well could hack into my computer and order porn? I did not order any porn. The ex landlord has told me Vios is investigating but has given me no proof. Months have gone by so I filed an action in small claims court.

Most people couldn't especially if you had it password protected.

You can take it to a PC specialist who can track what has been done on it and when.

Ordered it from what? If you are talking about the TV service for the pay channels, that is not done from the computer but the cable box and your remote. Contact the TV service provider yourself and find out what is on your account.

Actually, on some systems you can. I can order PPV from the PC, and watch it through the cable box+TV.

But that would require multiple hacks: Someone hacking into the PC, and then getting into the FiOS account.
And I can't order a movie in my FiOS account, and have it play on your TV.

Yes..."ordered from what" is the relevant question here.

It's unlikely that your [strike]tenant[/strike]landlord is legally allowed to do that, though it varies by jurisdiction. You may want to look up your country/state's housing department or similar, and find out what the rules are on witholding the bond.
