Question Can someone recommend a great laptop for work within $700-1300 price range?

Can someone recommend a laptop that will last 4+ years in the $700-1300 price range that can meet the following criteria:

1. has numpad
2. longish/reliable battery life (minimum 6hours unplugged whilst browsing internet and using spreadsheets/attending meetings)
3. A nice display panel that is not dim (higher resolution preferred)
4. display size of 15" minimum (larger preferred)
5. doesn't come with too much unnecessary bloatware/data collectware
6. lightweight and decent quality build (doesn't feel cheap/flimsy)
7. No Chrome books

I would appreciate any recommendations!
