Im looking for a laptop for graphics design around 700 - 800$(can go higher but preferred price range)

but its pretty much discontinued an i7 quad core that can handle photoshop and atleast 8gb of ram would be extremely preferred.

Look at the asus n series. Get the one with the gt 840m at least.
