Can someone resize img for me?

Was wondering if somebody could resize this to 1600x900 without it looking terrible, everytime I try it fails, would also be nice if you could some how remove the "Dayle Joubart" logo.

if you want to remove that dowle thing you will have to do that yourself otherwise purchase the photo.

Problem is I have no idea were to purchase the photo, And I can't find any more images of this girl.

Im trying to make it 1600x900 in Adobe Illustrator and its just making it look stupid, Id like the image to look exactly the same but 1600x900, is that possible or am I just stupid?

i did this earlier forgot to put link.

one is stretched and it is in the format you want but it changes the aspect ratio, there is no way to fix that. the other two are in 1600x??? and the other is ????x900

that is the best you can do.
