Can the u410 touch record minecraft at 30+fps with normal render distance and fast graphics?

The answer would be yes.

The GT 710m is more powerful than the Intel HD 4400, but just slightly slower than the Intel HD 4600. The below link is a performance review of Minecraft and WoW on a Sony Vaio Duo 13 which relies on the Intel HD 4400 graphics core. Additionally, that game is running at 1080p which is a lot more demanding than on a 1366x768 screen which is what the U410 laptop has.
