You have integrated graphics. You are not going to have a good experience with Intel's integrated graphics playing Overwatch. Since it is a laptop, you cant upgrade it either. So you will need a new PC to run Overwatch effectively. But the good thing is, Overwatch does not have crazy specs and a budget PC would run it fine.

Solution
My daughter is playing Overwatch on those specs. She's enjoying it, and does very well. That said, if I were buying her a laptop today, i'd opt for more power for her.
