Can this laptop handle Skyrim?

After looking around I have changed my initial option of the HP dv7tqe to the ASUS G53SW-XT1

I know Skyrim is not out yet nor am I very good at reading specs but do you guys think this will be able to run it on Med-High settings at max resolution (1920 x 1080)?
